How to earn stamps?

All myTV SUPER registered customers are automatically enrolled in this Stamp Rewards program (except guest users experiencing "Registration free" service).

Customers require to complete designated activities such as check-in and watch streaming videos to earn stamps. Please refer to the following details and guidelines.

 

Stamps Earning - details, definitions and guidelines

1) Become a myTV SUPER registered customer

Remarks: Only applicable to new myTV SUPER customers (except guest users experiencing "Registration free" service) registered from 16 May 2025

 

2) Check-in: By valid log-in to myTV SUPER Service

Applicable to all platforms (Smart TV / myTV SUPER Box / App / Web)

• Customers who have not yet logged in - log-in and go to service main page
• Customers who have already logged in - required to refresh page or go to service main page

Remarks:

• Valid check-ins are counted on a daily basis for each myTV SUPER customer ID (except guest users experiencing “Registration free” service). 
• Continuous viewing across two days: Refers to the situation where a user watches a video that spans across two days. In this case, it will be considered as one valid login (on the first day).

 

3) Watch streaming video: By video viewing hour

Remarks:

• Calculate by each individual task
• Each valid count of streaming video hour requires a minimum viewing duration of 60 minutes (Earn 1 stamp for every 60 minutes viewing)
• TVOD movies playing not counted as valid streaming video views
• When watching downloaded videos, if the device is set to play without Internet access, the relevant playback will not be considered as valid streaming video count
• The cumulative count of valid streaming video hour is calculated based on each myTV SUPER Customer ID (except guest users experiencing “Registration free” service) and is reset daily. The maximum number of valid streaming video hour counts per day is limited and determined according to each individual task.

4) Updating information: update relevant customers’ information

Update information	All myTV SUPER registered customers
Create user profile in UI (Max. 1st 5)	Each additional profile = 1 stamp (Limit to 1st 5)
Submit credit card payment information	First time = 1 stamp
Submit delivery address (Base on the delivery address provided during gift redemption)	First time = 1 stamp

 

5) Points validity and credit details

All valid stamps earned will be credited to customer’s account on the next 2 working days, the earliest. The validity period of stamps will be determined according to each stamp reward program. And the stamps for this program are valid until August 3, 2025.
