“JETSO Summer Rewards・Lucky Draw ” Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Period
The Campaign is organised by MyTV Super Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser” or “myTV SUPER”) and runs from 23 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. Eligibility
All customers with a valid registered myTV SUPER account (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who accumulate the required stamps in accordance with the rules below during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to obtain lucky draw entries.
3. Stamp Accumulation Rules
3.1 Daily check-in : A Customer who successfully logs in to the myTV SUPER service each day via any eligible platform (Smart TV / myTV SUPER Box / App / Web version) will receive 1 stamp per myTV SUPER customer account per day. Valid daily check-in shall be determined based on the Organiser’s system records. Users of the “registration-free” service are not eligible. Where a viewing session runs continuously across two calendar days, such viewing session shall only be counted once and shall be deemed to have occurred on the day on which viewing commenced.
3.2 Viewing streaming video : A Customer who watches eligible streaming video content each day may receive 1 stamp for the first 15 minutes of eligible streaming video content watched; upon cumulative eligible viewing of 1 hour (i.e. an additional 45 minutes), the Customer may receive an additional 2 stamps; and if cumulative eligible viewing reaches 2 hours, the Customer may receive a total of 5 stamps on that day (including the stamps earned for the first 15 minutes and the one-hour viewing threshold). Playback of movie content in the “TVOD (Cinema)” area shall not constitute eligible viewing time. Playback of downloaded content while the device is offline or not connected to the Internet shall also not constitute eligible viewing time.
3.3 Daily Cap: A Customer may earn at most 5 stamps per day through viewing eligible streaming video content. Together with the 1 stamp for daily check-in, the maximum total number of stamps that may be earned per day is 6.
(Note: All eligible viewing time shall be based on the Organiser’s system records, and eligible viewing time may be accumulated in separate sessions within each calendar day.)
4. Stamps and Lucky Draw Entries
4.1 For every 30 stamps accumulated, the Customer will automatically receive 1 lucky draw entry (i.e. one chance to enter the draw for prizes).
4.2 Lucky draw entries can be accumulated without limit. Example: 60 stamps will entitle the Customer to 2 lucky draw entries, and so on.
4.3 Once stamps are converted into lucky draw entries, they will be automatically deducted after the end of the Campaign, and the Customer is not required to redeem them separately.
4.4 All stamps are for use in this Campaign only and will immediately lapse upon the end of the Campaign.
5. Lucky Draw Arrangement
5.1 The Campaign will be conducted through a lucky draw by the Organiser’s computer system on 6 August 2026.
5.2 The system will randomly draw winners from all lucky draw entries obtained by all eligible Customers. Each lucky draw entry may win only once.
5.3 The lucky draw results shall be determined based on the Organiser’s system records, and the Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.
6. Announcement of Winners
6.1 Information regarding the winner list will be published on 10 August 2026 in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard (English newspaper).
6.2 The Organizer will also publish the detailed winner list on the myTV SUPER website.
7. Prizes and Claiming
7.1 Prize details, quantities and redemption methods will be announced separately on the Campaign page.
7.2 Winners must, within the specified period, provide the required personal data and complete the prize redemption procedures in accordance with the announced redemption arrangements. Failure to do so within the specified period shall be deemed a waiver of the prize.
7.3 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize. The quality and warranty of the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the supplier, and MyTV Super Limited shall not be liable in any respect whatsoever. Any dispute or complaint regarding the relevant gifts should be directed to the relevant supplier.
8. General Provisions
8.1 Stamps and lucky draw entries are for the relevant Customer’s own account only and may not be transferred or combined with any other account.
8.2 If any improper conduct is found (including but not limited to the use of bots, fake viewing, maliciously inflation of viewing duration, or any other fraudulent, abusive or improper means, etc.), the Organiser shall have the right to cancel all stamps, lucky draw entries and/or prize entitlement of the relevant Customer.
8.3 Employees of myTV SUPER and their immediate family members are not permitted to participate in this campaign for fairness. myTV SUPER reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.
8.4 This Campaign is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of myTV SUPER Jetso https://www.mytvsuper.com/en/jetso-promo/tnc/ (myTV SUPER Jetso T&C). In case of any conflicts, discrepancies, inconsistencies, or differences between provisions in this campaign T&C and the myTV SUPER Jetso T&C, these Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail only to the extent that such conflict, contradiction, inconsistency or discrepancy relates to the reward eligibility and requirements of myTV SUPER Jetso.
8.5 In case of any disputes, the Organiser’s decision shall be final.
8.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
8.7 Save for the enforcement of rights of myTV SUPER and/or TVB Limited and its subsidiaries, no other party has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign and/or to enjoy any benefit under these Terms and Conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign.
8.8 By participating in this Campaign, each participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
8.9 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

myTV SUPER Jetso Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of myTV SUPER Jetso (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the operation and administration of the myTV SUPER Jetso loyalty program (“Program”) provided by MyTV Super Limited (“myTV SUPER”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By installing, accessing or using any part of the Services, members of the Program (“Member(s)”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Individuals who are subscribers of services (“Services”) provided by myTV SUPER pursuant to the Terms of Service https://www.mytvsuper.com/en/tos (“Main Terms”) will automatically become Members of the Program. For the avoidance of doubt, guest users who have not registered for the Services are not eligible to participate in the Program. The Program is only available in Hong Kong and Macau unless with prior written permission from myTV SUPER.
1.2 By installing, accessing or using any part of the Services, Members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Main Terms and Personal Information Collection Statement https://www.mytvsuper.com/en/pics (“PICS”). These Terms and Conditions should be read together with the Main Terms and PICS, where the relevant terms of the Main Terms and PICS are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference, unless otherwise stated below. Capitalized terms in these Terms and Conditions have the same meaning as defined in the Main Terms and PICS, unless otherwise defined. In case of any conflicts, discrepancies, inconsistencies, or differences between provisions in the Main Terms and PICS and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions prevail only in relation to rewards eligibility and redemption requirements for this Program. The provisions of the Main Terms and PICS prevail and govern all other aspects and circumstances of this Program (including intellectual property rights, data privacy, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and other related or general/miscellaneous issues).
2. Earning myTV SUPER Jetso Stamps
2.1 The following information outlines the rules regarding the earning and validity of myTV SUPER Jetso stamps (“Stamps”) within the Program. These rules are subject to updates and changes from time to time. Members should regularly check for any updates or revisions as published on our Site, Software, or any other official channels provided by myTV SUPER to ensure accurate understanding and participation in the Program.
2.2 Members can earn Stamps through participating in eligible activities as specified on our Site, Software, or any other official channels provided by myTV SUPER. The rate at which Members can earn Stamps for participating in eligible activities, known as the stamp accumulation rates, will be determined solely by myTV SUPER. These rates may be adjusted periodically. The current stamp accumulation rates will be posted on our Site, Software, or any other official channels provided by myTV SUPER, and the earned Stamps will be automatically credited to the Member’s account.
2.3 The following activities are among the eligible activities for earning Stamps. These activities and relevant stamp accumulation rates are subject to change, and any updates or revisions will be communicated and made available on our Site, Software, or any other official channels provided by myTV SUPER. There may be limits on the number of times a Member can earn Stamps through certain eligible activities, as specified in the relevant rules and guidelines. Examples of eligible activities for earning Stamps (subject to availability) are as follows:
Checking-in: Stamps can be earned when Members log in to our Site or Software. If Members are already logged in, they will need to refresh the background or visit the main page of our Site or relevant Software to earn Stamps.
Streaming video: Stamps can be earned by watching eligible videos.
Updating information: Stamps can be earned by completing specific actions related to updating Members’ information.
2.4 The validity period of all Stamps will be specified from time to time or when the Stamps are issued. Members should refer to their membership accounts for information on the validity of Stamps and plan their redemptions accordingly. myTV SUPER has the final determination regarding the validity of Stamps.[AY(S1.1][TL1.2]
2.5 Without prejudice to the right of myTV SUPER to cancel a membership, no Stamps or other benefits received from the Program shall be sold, bartered or transferred unless it is explicitly approved by myTV SUPER. Any unapproved transfer, sale or barter will be void. myTV SUPER reserves the right to claim against the Members and other persons involved in such trading for damages and compensation. Stamps or other benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation, unless otherwise specified in the redemption rules.
2.6 myTV SUPER reserves the right to make subsequent adjustments to Members’ accounts without prior notice in order to rectify any inaccurate entries. myTV SUPER reserves the right to deduct any Stamps from any Member’s account under certain circumstances, including incorrect crediting of Stamps, cancellation or refund of certain eligible activities, suspected or actual fraud, or any other scenarios deemed necessary to safeguard the integrity of Stamps transactions. In the event that a Member has already redeemed or otherwise utilized Stamps that they were not entitled to, myTV SUPER may take appropriate actions, which may include but are not limited to charging the Member the full recommended retail price of redeemed products or services, deducting existing Stamps from the Member’s account, or a combination of these treatments.
3. Redemption
3.1 Members may redeem services or goods provided by myTV SUPER, as well as those offered by third-party sponsors or partners, subject to availability during the redemption period before the Stamps expire. Members must fulfill the specific requirements set by myTV SUPER, sponsors or partners to be eligible for redemption. The availability and specific details of redemption options may vary, and Members should refer to the redemption rules and guidelines provided by myTV SUPER for the most up-to-date information.
3.2 There may be limits on the number of times a Member can redeem a specific product or service. These limits will be specified in the redemption rules and guidelines.
3.3 The availability of redemption products or services is subject to stock or availability. Some items may have limited quantities or may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.4 All redemptions are subject to approval by myTV SUPER or the respective sponsors or partners. They reserve the right to reject or modify redemption requests based on availability or any other criteria deemed necessary. myTV SUPER or the respective sponsors or partners may modify or withdraw redemption options at any time without prior notice.
3.5 Redemption products or services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation, unless otherwise specified in the redemption rules.
3.6 myTV SUPER has the final determination regarding the redemption of Stamps.[AY(S2.1][TL2.2]
4. General Terms
4.1 Modification. myTV SUPER reserves the right to modify the Program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Site, Software, or any other official channels provided by myTV SUPER. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications implies acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
4.2 Program Termination. The Program may be terminated with fourteen (14) [AY(S3.1][TL3.2]day’s advance notice to all active Members. All Members shall then within the period before the termination utilize all Stamps regardless of the original expiry dates applicable to the Stamps. Any credit balance of Stamps which existed on the date of the termination of the Program will be deemed forfeited and in respect of which myTV SUPER shall owe no liability to the Members or to any other persons.
4.3 Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, myTV SUPER shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the participation in the Program or the redemption of Stamps. myTV SUPER is not responsible for the quality, availability, or any other aspects of the products or services offered by sponsors or partners for redemption. myTV SUPER or any company, staff or representative of the TVB Limited and its subsidiaries shall not, in any way, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential loss or damage or expense of any kind, whether based on contract, tort or otherwise which arise out of or are in any way connected with the Program, and whether such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether myTV SUPER has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
4.4 Taxes. In case Stamps or other benefits received from or through the Program are subject to income or other taxes, the Member is responsible for paying all such taxes and myTV SUPER will not be liable for any tax liability, duty or other charges in connection with those Stamps or benefits.
4.5 No Warranties or Representations. myTV SUPER makes no warranties or representations, either expressed or implied with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods or services provided by or through the Program.
4.6 Not Responsible for Acts, Errors, or Omissions. myTV SUPER is not responsible for: (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any membership application, correspondence, redemption requests, or general administration of handling benefits; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption of benefits; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties; or (d) any errors published in relation to the description of the benefits, information about Stamps and the relevant stamp accumulation rates.
4.7 Waiver. A waiver of breach of any specific term of the Program will not constitute a waiver of breach of other terms or a waiver of any prior or subsequent breach of the same term. Under no circumstance will there be any waiver from the Program unless such waiver is explicitly communicated through our Site, Software, or any other official channels provided by myTV SUPER.
4.8 Interpretation of Terms. The interpretations of these Terms and Conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Program shall be at the sole discretion of myTV SUPER. Any decisions made by myTV SUPER in connection with the Program shall be final, binding and conclusive. In the event of any dispute in connection with the Program, myTV SUPER’s decisions shall be considered final. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translated version, the English language version will prevail.
4.9 Third Party Rights. Save for the enforcement of rights of myTV SUPER and/or TVB Limited and its subsidiaries, no other party has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce these Terms and Conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Program and/or to enjoy any benefit under these Terms and Conditions and all other terms and conditions applicable to the Program.
4.10 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
